The DCOB now formally tracks outcomes such as retention, graduation, internships and job placement, strengthening both the student experience and the long term value of degrees earned by alumni.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Archie W. Dunham College of Business is to prepare business leaders with a Christian perspective to transform society and advance the kingdom of God.

Vision Statement

The vision of the Archie W. Dunham College of Business is to be recognized as a premier institution in educating and developing business talent.

Stated Values

The university represents its core convictions in the Ten Pillars鈥�2030 document and in the current Five Imperatives鈥� document, listed as follows:
